- மேலும் பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட சாதிகள் மற்றும் பழங்குடியினருக்கு எதிரான எந்தவொரு பாகுபாடும் பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட சாதிகள் மற்றும் பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட பழங்குடியினர் (வன்கொடுமைகள் தடுப்பு) சட்டம், 1989-இன் விதிகளின் கீழ் தண்டனைக்குரிய குற்றங்களாகும், உணவு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
