Eligibility and Qualification: 

1. Must have passed VIII standard in any recognized school
2. Must possess current driving license issued by a licensing authority specified in rule 4 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. 
3. Must have practical experience in driving light motor vehicles for a period of not less than Five years. 

Scale of Pay: Rs.4800-10000 + Rs.1300

• Prescribed applications can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Open University, No.577, Anna Salai, Saidapet, Chennai – 600 015 in person or by sending a requisition accompanied by a DD of Rs.500/ for OC/BC/MBC candidates and Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of Tamil Nadu Open University payable, Chennai. 

• Filled-in application along with all enclosures should reach the University on or before 10.09.2018 superscripting the envelope “Application for the Post of OFFICE ASSISTANT CUM DRIVER “. 

• Selection will be based on the Driving Test and Interview. Preference will be given for the Drivers who is having experience in Govt./Quasi Govt. Institutions.
